The Queensland Government (QG) have created a new ICT contracting framework for procurement during COVID-19.
The new Short Form Contract Conditions – ICT Products and/or Services (SFCC) are designed for emergency ICT procurement during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The SFCC framework can be used for procurement, which meets strict conditions:
- responds to one of the specific emergency response categories;
- has a total contract value of less than $1 million;
- has a term of 12 months or less; and
- neither QG or the supplier requires amendments to the SFCC.
