Exceptional outcomes

Sniip / Sniip is a mobile based payment platform that allows customers to receive, view and pay bills. We've advised Brisbane-based Sniip since 2016, including advising on several recent capital raisings and their planned public float.
For The Record / Advised For The Record (FTR) on their successful patent applications for Blockchain Verified Recordings, which included the preparation, filing and prosecution of patent applications at the Australian and United States Patent Offices. The invention relates to a system and method for ensuring the integrity of a recording using blockchain technology.
SAI Global / We advised SAI Global on a complex outsourcing agreement for global IT services and staffing, as well as a new framework IT agreement and service schedules. The new agreement enables IT suppliers to introduce new products and services which respond to the client’s evolving needs. It also allows the client to procure services, at scale, on terms that recognise the specific requirements of individual projects and global engagements, without needing to re-negotiate the framework terms before each engagement.
Trapeze Group / We advised Trapeze Group, a software company delivering public transport solutions, on a number of matters, including negotiating various multi-year contracts for supplying software-as-a-service and implementation services for fleet equipment and employee timesheet management and integration services, to State and Territory transport authorities.
Propell / We have worked with Propell (previously Tappr) since their establishment in 2015 and have assisted them to fund and prepare for growth, including a capital raising through the issue of convertible notes, corporate restructuring and shareholders’ agreements. Propell is a financial technology company that designs and develops payment, point of sale and business solutions suited to SME's.
