HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to announce the appointment of leading family and relationship law partner Natalie Kam to its Perth office, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to growing its Family Law practice in Western Australia.
An Accredited Specialist in Family Law, Natalie brings deep expertise in family and relationship law, advising both domestic and international clients. Her practice spans complex property settlements involving trusts, corporate structures, inheritances, and business valuations.
She also has extensive experience in sensitive parenting disputes, including international relocation and child recovery matters, and is known for her strategic approach to safeguarding generational wealth.
Commencing on 8 December, Natalie joins HopgoodGanim Lawyers from independent law firm, Jackson McDonald.

At HopgoodGanim, Natalie will join the firm’s specialist Family and Relationship Law practice, working alongside Perth Partner John Lawley as part of a dedicated team of 12 legal practitioners. She will also sit within the broader Perth office of 40 professionals across multiple disciplines.
Kam will play a key role in supporting the firm’s broader Private Client strategy, working closely with sector leaders Tim Scanlan and Geoff Wilson to support the needs of individuals and families with complex legal and financial affairs, including business owners, philanthropists, and other private clients across the country.
