Luke Mountford leads HopgoodGanim Lawyers as Managing Partner and also leads our Private Enterprise practice, working predominantly with privately-owned and family-owned business and private individuals advising on their corporate and commercial legal matters and significant corporate transactions.

Whether his expertise is required at the inception or acquisition of a business, throughout operational phases, or when readying the business for sale or intergenerational transfer, Luke finds the right solutions to achieve success. He prides himself on being a trusted advisor to business owners who have a personal stake in the outcome of their decisions.

Luke has a particular interest in family business succession and has assisted a number of family-owned business clients achieve successful intergenerational transfers of ownership and control.

Luke is non-executive Chair of OneHarvest, an Australian, family-owned processor of fresh salads and vegetables.
