Congratulations to our client Tolu Minerals Limited (ASX:TOK) (Tolu) on its successful IPO and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The IPO raised $17.3 million.  

Tolu is based in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and is an emerging exploration company with rights to three significant gold resource opportunities in PNG. Tolu’s board of directors and management have both international and PNG experience and a track record of exploration and project development, focusing on restart projects and capital raising in the mining sector.
