Aria Property Group / For many years HopgoodGanim has worked with award-winning developer Aria Property Group on the acquisition, development, commercial leasing and sale of residential lots for their South East Queensland real estate projects including, Austin (139 apartments and retail, South Brisbane), Botanica (179 apartments and retail, South Brisbane), The Melbourne Residences (180 apartments and retail, South Brisbane), Oxley and Stirling (218 apartments, South Brisbane) and The Drapery (168 apartments and retail, Woolloongabba).
Kyko Group / Advised Kyko Group, a private Australian property investment and development group, on the sale of the Mon Komo Hotel in Redcliffe. 
South Bank Corporation / We advise South Bank Corporation on the Corporation’s commercial and retail leasing matters for the substantial land assets comprising South Bank Parklands, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre and several retail precincts. 
International Corporate / We advised a large international corporate on the acquisition of six retail fuel sites across Queensland and northern New South Wales.  Our work included the drafting and negotiation of the business sale contract, legal due diligence with particular focus on leases and other property matters, and the review and negotiation of the lease assignment documentation. This complex matter was successfully completed by our combined Property and Corporate teams under the constraint of a relatively short timeframe.
Commonwealth statutory body / We advised our client on their successful acquisition of a large regional shopping centre in Cairns, Queensland. The deal required an extensive legal due diligence process including title enquiries, town planning reviews, an extensive review of leases with the major anchor tenants and a review of all other leases, licences and associated documents. 
Aura Australia / We worked with retirement village operator, Aura Australia, on the acquisition of a six significant retirement village sites across South East Queensland, including the significant Kingsford Terrace Retirement Village in Corinda, Brisbane from Prescare for A$24 million.
