HopgoodGanim Lawyers is thrilled to announce its relocation to 360 Queen Street, a first-class commercial precinct in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD.
From 1 December, the firm will begin operations from its new premises, marking a significant milestone in its strategic growth journey as it surpasses more than five decades of service.

Developed by Charter Hall and Investa, and designed by Blight Rayner Architecture, 360 Queen St combines sophisticated design with exceptional sustainability credentials, proudly holding a 5-star NABERS energy and 6-star Green Star Design & As Built certifications.
The new precinct will also offer premium end-of-trip facilities, a wellness centre, and refreshing outdoor terraces to support a balanced, dynamic workplace for its residents.
HopgoodGanim will be the first tenant to move into the landmark building at 360 Queen, relocating its 250-strong Brisbane team after 23 years at Waterfront Place.

Global design practice BVN crafted the interior fit out for HopgoodGanim, resulting in a dynamic, future-focused setting for their team.

HopgoodGanim Lawyers was one of the first tenants to pre-commit to the premium site in April 2022, alongside BDO Australia. Together, the firms will occupy one-third of the commercial tower.
