Tom is a Senior Associate in our Corporate practice.
He has a significant experience base advising on mergers and acquisitions, business asset transfers, joint venture arrangements, corporate structuring, negotiation of shareholder agreements and project due diligence.
Tom has a broad experience in drafting and advising on commercial contracts, supply and trade agreements, and securities and financing arrangements, both as an external lawyer and as a secondee in-house legal advisor.
In addition to his work within the energy and resources sectors, Tom maintains an agribusiness and viticultural practice and has extensive experience negotiating and advising on farm, vineyard and agribusiness related acquisitions and disposals, water trading agreements, financing and capital raising arrangements, capital improvement projects and other operational matters in this space acting for a diverse mix of clients, including corporates, investment funds and privately held businesses.
