Tom is an Associate in our Intellectual Property, Technology and Cyber Security team.
Tom advises on a wide range of matters including intellectual property due diligence, software and IP contract negotiation, IP commercialisation, privacy and data security compliance, as well as trade mark and copyright law.
With a background in the cattle industry, Tom is committed to improving agriculture through technological and scientific means. He draws on this practical experience to assist client’s in achieving commercial outcomes.
Tom holds qualifications in Laws (Honours) and Journalism (Distinction) from Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law of Australia.
