Stephanie’s experience includes advising and assisting on a range of corporate and commercial transactions with a particular focus on clients in the resources and real estate sectors.
She regularly supports both private and public companies with strategic transactions and corporate structuring, disposal and acquisition of shares and business assets, drafting and advising on commercial contracts and ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practice governance standards.
Having proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia and English, Stephanie is also interested in supporting clients on foreign investment matters in connection with corporate and commercial transactions.
