Her practice spans acquisitions and disposals of commercial assets, structured development arrangements, due diligence, leasing, and titling strategies.
She advises on residential and commercial off-the-plan transactions and has particular expertise in property development projects such as subdivisions and strata schemes. Roslyn regularly prepares easements, covenants, community management statements, and by-laws, and manages lodgements and settlements to ensure compliance and timely delivery. Her experience also includes negotiating and reviewing commercial and retail leasing arrangements, display village agreements, and tailored put and call option agreements.
