Ramya is an Associate in our Construction team.
Ramya has extensive experience in providing both front-end and back-end construction advice to her clients, assisting in the management of projects from inception through to completion as well as the resolution of disputes that may arise throughout.
She regularly assists with multi-million dollar construction adjudication disputes, project risk management, reviewing and advising on residential housing, government housing, NDIS claims and commercial property claims.
Ramya also has experience in providing commercial advice to clients on the employment law side of asset and share sale due diligences, including preparing reports with findings and recommendations on how to manage construction-related risks and liabilities.
Ramya holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Business majoring in International Business and Human Resources and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2019.
