Phoebe is an integral part of our Dispute Resolution practice, having advised clients on a broad range of commercial disputes in the property, insurance and professional regulation sectors.
Phoebe advises on a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including disputes related to contracts, trusts and shareholders. Phoebe also has experience in advising professional service providers, insurers and professional bodies in relation to professional indemnity claims, complaints, regulatory investigations.
Phoebe regularly conducts litigation and advises clients in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Queensland, the Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal (QCAT) as well as interstate Courts.
