Paul is a Partner of our Disputes practice with a high level of expertise in insolvency and restructuring matters and dispute resolution.

A Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, Paul is an experienced and well-regarded commercial litigator in the superior State and Federal Courts. For over 25 years, clients have entrusted Paul with their most difficult, important and sensitive matters, confident in the knowledge that he will always strive to provide the highest level of technical expertise, strategic advice and personal service. He is equally comfortable speaking in the courtroom as he is in the boardroom.

Paul also has a diverse insolvency and restructuring practice and has acted in some of Australia’s highest profile business collapses. He undertakes both litigious and transactional work for all stakeholders involved in matters that require the highest level of insight and experience in the challenging world of insolvency law. Paul’s practice also undertakes all necessary advisory and transaction work with an insolvency flavour (including drafting deeds of company arrangement). He is also well placed to unravel complex disputes that involve the interplay between insolvency law and other areas of practice such as Family Law, Construction Law, Property Law, Contract Law and Equity.
