Morgan is an Associate in our Workplace and Employment team.

Morgan advises a range of clients including employees, employers and in-house legal departments on all aspects of workplace and employment law.

Morgan fosters strong relationships and rapport with clients, legal counsel and stakeholders by exhibiting a “can do” attitude and approach. His experience includes advising on unfair dismissals, workplace bullying and harassment, general protections, discrimination, restraint of trade, redundancy, enterprise agreements, modern awards, employment and termination agreements.

Morgan holds qualifications in Law (Honours), Design (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology.
