Michael is a corporate, technology and intellectual property lawyer with more than 15 years' experience advising clients on corporate transactions, capital raising, commercial technology arrangements and intellectual property matters.
He has acted for technology companies, founders, investors and emerging businesses across a range of industries, providing strategic advice on growth, governance, commercialisation and complex technology-related transactions. Michael has also worked within several of Australia's leading law firms.
Michael's experience is distinguished by his leadership roles within the technology sector. As a founder, Managing Director, General Counsel and director of technology companies, he has successfully raised more than $100 million in capital and contributed to the successful listing of a technology company on the ASX. This combination of legal and commercial experience enables Michael to provide practical, commercially focused advice tailored to the realities of growing and operating technology-driven businesses.
