Matt is a Partner in our Workplace and Employment practice. 

Matt has extensive experience providing strategic and pragmatic advice in relation to enterprise agreements, employee misconduct, performance management, ill and injured workers, dismissals, industrial disputes, health and safety, contracts, policies and compliance.

He has represented employers and insurers in a variety of workplace claims, including unfair dismissals, general protections, discrimination matters and contractual claims. He also has previously conducted workplace investigations and workplace training.
