Lucy is an Associate in our Construction practice.

Lucy has a broad range of experience in construction and other commercial disputes, including litigation in several state and federal jurisdictions, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as adjudication, mediation, expert determination, and arbitration on behalf of contractors, principals, and owners.

In addition to back end matters, Lucy assists with contract drafting, administration and interpretation across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Lucy separately has knowledge of energy, renewables, and mining projects, and native title and cultural heritage obtained during her time in HopgoodGanim’s Resources and Energy team.
