Karissa is a Senior Associate in our Property team. 

Karissa has extensive experience in commercial and retail leasing, body corporate management, as well as expertise in capital and commercial transactions, leasing and body corporate law and general property and commercial law matters.

Karissa advises on property transactional work, managing a diverse range of property transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of large commercial sites and mixed-use developments such as service stations, shopping centres and agricultural properties.

She provides practical and timely advice to her clients and developers on residential and commercial projects, overseeing off the plan developments, all due diligence, joint venture agreements and lending arrangements, flat land and strata title subdivisions, property acquisitions and sales, leasing and structuring.
