Jon is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution practice, with extensive experience litigating and resolving complex disputes spanning private client matters, property, insurance, and sport.

Jon combines broad commercial litigation experience with deep legal expertise and a strategic approach. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, manage risk and implement clear strategies to achieve the best possible outcome.

In addition to advising private clients in business-related disputes, Jon advises professional service providers, insurers, and professional bodies in relation to professional indemnity claims, complaints, regulatory investigations, and prosecutions.

Jon also has significant experience in sports law, having acted for high-profile players, athletes, clubs, and sporting bodies. He currently serves as a tribunal member for the National Sports Tribunal, the NBL and the WNBL.
