Jacinta Cafe is a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution practice.

Jacinta advises her clients on all aspects of litigation matters including energy and resources disputes, with a specific focus on mining tenement and land tenure disagreements. She has extensive experience advising clients in Native Title determination and compensation applications, and Cultural Heritage Management Agreements and Plans.

Jacinta is interested in environmentalism and incorporates planning and environment, property and commercial law in her practice.
