Grace is an Associate in our Private Enterprise practice. 

Grace advises private clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters, including private mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, board and shareholder advisory, and general commercial contracting. She has experience advising clients across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, energy, financial services and retail.

Grace supports clients through all stages of the M&A process, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction documents and completion.
