Francesca is an Associate in our Estates and Succession team.
Francesca assists clients in relation to all aspects of wills, powers of attorney, deceased estates, trusts and superannuation disputes, specialising mainly in estate and trust administration and litigation.
Her experience includes drafting wills and enduring power of attorney documents, letters of advice on prospective Family Provision Application risks and reviewing trust deeds and company constitutions. She is also able to assist clients with disputes involving enduring powers of attorney, capacity, guardianship and administration and elder abuse.
Francesca holds a Bachelor of Law with 2nd Class Honours and a Bachelor of Justice with Distinction from the Queensland University of Technology. Francesca is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Queensland the High Court of Australia.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, a global association of professionals specialising in estates and trusts.
