Elliot is a Special Counsel in our Family and Relationship Law and Estates and Succession practices.

Elliot is experienced in a wide range of Estate and Succession law matters including contested probate disputes, family provision claims, guardianship and administration matters, the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney and guardianship, and applications for probate and letters of administration.

Further, Elliot’s experience in Family and Relationship law includes property settlement, spousal and de facto maintenance, parenting and custodial issues, including interstate and international relocation, binding financial agreements, and restraining orders.

Elliot enjoys the problem-solving involved with both Estates and Succession and Family and Relationship law, regularly appearing in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Family Court of Western Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal, and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia.
