Cameron advises on all aspects of succession law including estate planning, the administration of trusts and estates, estate litigation and trust litigation. He regularly acts for individuals (including high net worth), executors, professional trustee companies, charities and government bodies. He also regularly works with accountants and financial planners.
Cameron has appeared in court for matters involving family provision applications, informal will applications, equitable claims and applications for the removal of executors/trustees. Cameron works closely with his clients to help them achieve their objectives, whether that be protecting wealth, preserving family relationships or navigating the complexities of estate administration or the litigation process.
