Briar has experience in both the intellectual property and information technology fields, advising on a wide range of matters from software and intellectual property contract negotiation, due diligence and disputes; privacy and data security regulatory compliance; trade mark and copyright advisory matters and disputes; international distribution and manufacture transaction advisory; trade promotion and competitions licensing; to consumer law advisory matters.
