Blake is a Partner of our Construction practice.
He offers considerable experience working across the Government; Energy, Renewables and Mining and Real Estate and Development sectors. He has a successful track record advising on back-end matters, ranging from large-scale court proceedings through to bespoke alternative dispute resolution options for small-sized claims, for both private and government clients.
As well as back-end matters, Blake has also advised clients on general risk advisory on large scale projects, and the management of significant or sensitive issues on current projects (contentious and non-contentious), through advising teams on-site, attending meetings, drafting correspondence, preparing risk analysis models and liaising directly with counterparties to resolve litigious issues during project delivery.
