Andrew is a Partner in our Dispute Resolution practice.
Andrew has over 15 years' experience practising in dispute resolution and commercial litigation. Andrew has particular experience advising clients in the construction, resources and energy industries. He also represents clients with corporate and commercial business disputes and advises clients on insurance claims, regulatory and coverage issues.
Andrew's client's include principals and contractors involved in large-scale mining projects, mineral and resources production and refinery plants, and haul and major road construction. He also advises government clients and developers of commercial and residential apartment tower construction projects and directors and shareholders of companies over various industries.
Andrew regularly represents clients in the Supreme and District Courts of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia as well as representing clients in international and domestic arbitration and construction adjudications.
