Andrew is a Special Counsel in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

Andrew is an experienced litigator acting for clients across insolvency, commercial litigation and PPSA matters.

Andrew predominately acts for insolvency professionals, directors and government clients in a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters including schemes, deeds of company arrangements, claims under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (Cth), public examinations and insolvent trading claims.

Additionally, Andrew acts in a range of contractual, shareholder, estate and trust disputes across an array of industries from mining to professional services. He regularly appears at Court and at mediations.

Andrew holds an Advanced Certification in Insolvency from the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association, Australia’s preeminent insolvency and restructuring course.
