Alison is a Special Counsel in our leading Resources and Energy practice.
Alison advises on a range of matters relating to energy and resources law, with a particular focus on native title and cultural heritage, infrastructure projects, land access and compensation and oil and gas transactions.
Her experience includes assisting with due diligence investigations for resource sale and purchase agreements, petroleum and mining lease applications, project development and regulatory approvals, tenement acquisition and maintenance and other regulatory approvals and infrastructure requirements.
Alison holds qualifications in Law and Business from the Queensland University of Technology, and is also a Queensland Committee member of AMPLA (the Resources and Energy Law Association).
