Robyn is a Partner in our Corporate practice with significant experience advising Australian corporations and their respective boards and senior management on capital raisings, IPOs, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and compliance.
Robyn’s expertise is focused on the resources and energy sectors and extends across a number of associated industries, acting for ASX-listed entities, mid-cap companies and large private companies, both domestically and internationally.
Robyn also assists clients across all sectors with obtaining approvals and engaging with FIRB, focusing on identifying and managing restrictions on foreign investment and advising on appropriate structures and processes for foreign companies and individuals proposing to invest in Australia.
Robyn has received numerous awards and accolades during her career, including listed by Lawyers Weekly as a finalist for Partner of the Year in Mergers and Acquisitions, 2019. Most recently, Robyn was recommended by Doyle's Guide in Leading Corporate Lawyers - Western Australia, 2018-2021.
She holds qualifications in Laws and Arts from the University of Western Australia, and is a member of the Committee for Perth.
