Damian is a Partner of our leading Resources, Energy and Projects practice.
Damian has a particular interest in assisting clients in mining, oil and gas and renewable project acquisition, development and regulatory approvals, focusing on due diligence, asset acquisition and maintenance, other regulatory approvals and infrastructure requirements. He also offers an extensive knowledge and experience on all commercial aspects of mining, oil and gas and renewable projects including asset sale agreements, joint ventures, services agreements (including for the METS sector), commodity sales agreements and PPAs.
Damian is the President of the Queensland branch of the Energy and Resources Law Association (formerly AMPLA).
