He has a significant experience base in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring, and has acted on numerous transactions and capital raisings in both the industrial and resources and energy sectors.
He is recognised by Doyle's Guide as a Leading Corporate Lawyer — Queensland, 2015-2023, and a Leading Commercial Lawyer — Queensland, 2017.
