HopgoodGanim Lawyers congratulates our long term client, City Fertility, on its acquisition of Perth-based Fertility Specialists of WA.  

Partners Luke Mountford and Tim Scanlan and Senior Associates Sarah Judge and Luke Smith from HopgoodGanim’s Private Enterprise team, advised City Fertility on the acquisition. The acquisition was partly funded by a capital raising from the Company’s existing shareholder base, which was undertaken with assistance from Partner Michael Hansel and Senior Associate Christina Hooper from HopgoodGanim’s Corporate team.
