Congratulations to our client Guangdai Australia Investment Pty Ltd on its sale of the development property at 140 Stirling Highway, North Fremantle to Exal Group for $44 million. 

Perth developer Exal Group has announced plans for a $500 million development at the site which will include residential, commercial and public amenity components.
