Exceptional outcomes

Imaging Queensland Pty Ltd / Advised Imaging Queensland Pty Ltd in relation to the sale of its medical imaging businesses to Integral Diagnostics Limited (ASX: IDX) for approximately AU$104 million.
CSA Global / Advised CSA Global on their acquisition by the world’s leading sustainability mining and exploration consultancy, ERM, which will further position ERM as a world leading advisor to the mining industry.
Queensland Rugby League / Advised the Queensland Rugby League (QRL) on the restructure and corporate governance documentation for their Ipswich, Gold Coast and Brisbane local leagues in addition to amendments to their Constitution.  We also provide ongoing corporate governance training to the respective boards within QRL.
Silver Lake Resources / Advised Silver Lake Resources on their takeover offer for EganStreet Resources. Silver Lake announced they would compulsorily acquire any remaining shares not accepted as part of the takeover bid for an approximate value of $52 million. 
Brisbane Markets Limited / Advising Brisbane Markets Limited on corporate governance matters, conflicts of interest and general disclosure obligations as an unlisted disclosing entity. 
Private Dental Cooperative / Our client is a privately-owned dental cooperative, which owns several practices throughout South East Queensland and Northern New South Wales. We advised this successful medical group on the development of a new shareholders agreement and general corporate structuring matters, which included the sale of 50% of shares in the company.
Propell / We have worked with Propell (previously Tappr) since their establishment in 2015 and have assisted them to fund and prepare for growth, including a capital raising through the issue of convertible notes, corporate restructuring and shareholders’ agreements. Propell is a financial technology company that designs and develops payment, point of sale and business solutions suited to SME's.
