Congratulations to our client, PYX Resources (NSX:PYX) on its recent dual listing on the London Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of approximately £349.2m.
PYX Resources is a producer of premium zircon with its two key projects, The Mandiri Project and the Tisma Project, both located in the Central Kalimantan region of Indonesia.
PYX will maintain its primary listing on the National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX) and the dual listing will allow the company to progress its development strategy.
HopgoodGanim has advised PYX Resources since its initial listing on NSX in 2020 and on its acquisition of the Tisma project in February 2021.
