Congratulations to PYX Resources on the completed deal to acquire Tisma Development (HK) Limited.

The acquisition results in a large increase in the scale of the activities of PYX, with PYX becoming the second-largest producing zircon mining company in the world in terms of JORC compliant zircon resources.
