HopgoodGanim Lawyers is proud to have advised the shareholders of CV Services Group (CV) on the sale of a majority stake in the company to Equans, a global leader in the energy and services sector and subsidiary of Bouygues Group.
The transaction marks an exciting new chapter for CV, which has grown from a small signage business established in 2004 into a leading multi-disciplinary technical services provider employing more than 880 people and delivering services across infrastructure, construction, asset services, power, media and signage.
The HopgoodGanim team was led by Managing Partner Luke Mountford and Partner Sarah Judge, who advised the shareholders throughout the transaction.
The investment by Equans will provide CV with access to the capabilities, expertise and resources of a global organisation, supporting the company’s continued growth and creating new opportunities for its people and clients. For Equans, the acquisition further strengthens its presence and capabilities in the Australian market.
