HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to announce that it has advised the shareholders of FVS Services Group (FVS), one of Australia’s leading fire protection and essential safety services providers, on the divestment of FVS to Brisbane-based private equity firm, Fortitude Investment Partners.
Established in 1981, FVS delivers installation, maintenance, testing, and essential safety services to commercial, industrial, and government clients across Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. With Fortitude’s backing, FVS plans to expand its operations across Australia’s east coast.
HopgoodGanim advised FVS on all legal aspects of the transaction. The HopgoodGanim team was led by Special Counsel, Sarah Judge and Associate, Grace Baty, who were supported by several teams across the firm.
We were pleased to work alongside KPMG, who provided financial and tax transactional support.
HopgoodGanim congratulates FVS Group and Fortitude Investment Partners on the successful transaction and looks forward to seeing FVS’s next phase of national growth.
