HopgoodGanim advises AIC Mines Ltd in the acquisition of Eloise Copper Mine

HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to have advised AIC Mines Ltd (AIC) on the completion of their acquisition of the Eloise Copper Mine near Cloncurry, Queensland. 

The acquisition is in line with AIC’s strategy to target late-stage projects and underlines HopgoodGanim’s track record in executing successful copper and gold projects.

AIC were advised by a multi-disciplinary team from HopgoodGanim Lawyers.
