Raj has vast experience in corporate transactions in a diverse range of sectors. His experience includes private mergers and acquisitions, dissolution and restructure of companies and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. He has a particular interest in working with clients in the technology sector and those clients in traditional industries who are transforming their operations with technology.
