Luke is a Senior Associate in our Private Enterprise team.
Specialising in working with privately-owned businesses, Luke advises on a broad ranging list of matters within the commercial space.
Across his legal career, due to his experience in working closely with not only private companies, but not-for-profits, State and Local Government entities, he has developed skills in a broad range of areas including private capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and advising on commercial contracts, corporate/regulatory governance, corporate advisory and structuring matters, business acquisitions and disposals, banking/private lending, securities and finance, commercial property acquisitions/disposals and leasing, liquor licensing, intellectual property and general contract law.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology.
