Kate is an Associate in our Family and Relationship Law practice.
Kate assists and advises across a wide-range of family law matters, including property settlements, parenting agreements and spousal maintenance. Kate has a strong focus on the relationships she fosters and the well-being of her clients, ensuring her advice is commercially sound to avoid costly litigation proceedings, where possible.
Following completion of her tertiary studies, Kate worked as Legal Associate to the Case Management Judge of the Family Court of Australia in Brisbane. This experience entrenched Kate’s interest in advocacy before the Court.
Kate has qualifications in Laws (Honours) from the Queensland University of Technology and has undertaken training in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice.
