John is an Associate in our Workplace and Employment team.
John advises a range of clients including employees, employers, in-house legal departments and internal human resources teams on all aspects of workplace and employment law.
John takes pride in his ability to communicate effectively and build trusted relationships with his clients. His experience includes advising on disciplinary proceedings, employment contracts, enterprise bargaining, redundancy scenarios, workers' compensation reviews and workplace sexual harassment.
John also has experience in acting for clients in various employment-related State and Federal Court proceedings, as well as in unfair dismissal and general protections proceedings before the Fair Work Commission.
John holds qualifications in Law (Honours) and Business (Management) from the Queensland University of Technology, as well as a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from The College of Law Australia.
