Hui Ling is Special Counsel with HopgoodGanim Lawyers and has a specialist corporate asset seizure and anti-money-laundering practice. Her experience includes 6 years as Principal Litigation Lawyer in the Australian Federal Police Proceeds of Crime Litigation section.
She has advised and also acted against major multinational corporations and their directors implicated in anti-money laundering allegations, and some of the world’s leading professional services providers who act for clients inadvertently involved, or seeking to avoid involvement, in activities of that kind.
Hui Ling is a robust advocate with extensive experience conducting complex litigation, as well as utilising alternative dispute resolution to cost effectively resolve disputes, where appropriate.
Hui Ling has worked across insolvency, commercial, corporate, construction, resources and energy, civil fraud and proceeds of crime projects; ultimately increasing her knowledge and experience in jurisdictions and areas of commercial business and government regulation.
