HopgoodGanim grows Private Enterprise practice with appointment of estates and succession Senior Associate

HopgoodGanim Lawyers welcomes Krystal Bellamy as a Senior Associate to the Private Enterprise team in our Brisbane office. 

Krystal comes to HopgoodGanim with 11 years’ legal experience and eight of those specialising in estate and trust administration and litigation, acting for executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries. 

Krystal's work in estate litigation includes dealing with family provision applications, statutory will applications, contentious probate proceedings, mutual will disputes, disputes between co-executors or between executors and beneficiaries, applications for directions, applications to remove executors and proceedings involving the conduct of enduring attorneys.

In 2017 and 2018, she was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as one of Australia's rising stars in Wills, Estates & Succession Planning and in 2019 was recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a Recommended Wills & Estates Litigation Lawyer in Queensland.
