HopgoodGanim Lawyers is pleased to have advised Breaker Resources (Breaker) in relation to a recommended all-scrip off-market takeover offer from Ramelius Resources (Ramelius) worth approximately $136 million.  

Breaker is the owner of the Lake Roe Gold Project, which is situated about 100km east of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia. Ramelius is a top 10 Australian gold producer seeking to gain additional scale through regional consolidation and synergies with its Rebecca Gold Project.

The takeover offer completed on 15 May 2023, with Ramelius having acquired a relevant interest in over 90% of Breaker shares.
