HopgoodGanim was pleased to advise the shareholders of our long-standing client, FTR Group Pty Ltd (FTR Group), on the recapitalisation investment from Bison Capital Partners V, LP (Bison Capital). 

FTR Group, comprised of Australia-based Auscript and US-based For The Record, partners with courts worldwide to capture, store, produce and deliver court recordings and court transcripts.

Private Enterprise Partner, Luke Mountford, led the HopgoodGanim team that advised the FTR shareholders on the transaction.
