City Beach Australia / Reviewed and negotiated procurement agreements for the Australian surf, skate and fashion clothing retailer’s core systems, including ERP, CRM, warehouse management, customer loyalty, rostering and payroll systems. 
Tanda / Negotiated and advised on a technology services contract for supplying Tanda’s workforce rostering, attendance and awards management software and services to one of Australia’s largest quick service restaurant companies.
Surf Lakes / Drafted and negotiated a suite of contracts for the construction, licence of cutting-edge wave technology and ongoing maintenance of surf parks in both domestic and international locations.
Queclink Wireless Solutions / Prepared website terms and conditions for Queclink’s Australian website and managed the procurement of internationalised versions for use in overseas markets. Queclink provides Internet of Things (IoT) smart solutions for the mobility, transportation, communications networking, and agriculture industries. 
Technilium / Prepared a master services agreement for delivering managed IT and network services to Australian customers, including a mechanism for flexibly incorporating special conditions for third party services; negotiated liability and indemnity terms with core technology suppliers to allocate contract and legal risks.
